The result: more margin, less overhead.
A decade turning operational bottlenecks into technology. At every company (real estate, health-tech, programmatic advertising), I find what's manual, build the tools to automate it, and scale the team around it.
Two-sided AdTech platform: consumer ordering plus advertiser activation, built end-to-end. 15-person startup, $3.6M–6M ARR. Hired every team member, built the technology, ran the P&L, and grew the client base from zero to 200+ simultaneous accounts at 85% retention with zero long-term contracts.
Consumer side grew 2,000 to 200,000 monthly users in 11 months. Advertiser side ran on a CDP with 21M+ profiles and 6 DSP activation paths, including activation by a major DSP partner for pharmaceutical advertiser campaigns.
Programmatic advertising platform, ~125 employees. Managed up to $1.2M/month in ad spend across 6 DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Xandr, YouTube, Viant), ranked top 2 in profitability out of 22 account managers, and built 4 automation tools adopted department-wide, making the team 60x faster on reporting.
Built a CTV measurement framework for Thomas J. Henry that cut time-to-signup by 5–7 days, handed off to Causal IQ at departure and still in use. Grew Floor & Decor from $10K to $250K/month (25x).
Built the interactive learning platform Stanford's BIOE 230 course runs on: 180 modules, a contextual AI tutor, and 960 practice problems. ~100K lines. Built in 24 hours.
A cross-section of accounts across regulated industries, Fortune 500 brands, national franchises, and political campaigns, managed, activated, or measured directly.
Code and dashboards are tools, not the job. The job is finding what's manual before it becomes the reason growth stalls, then building the thing that kills it.
I've run that pattern at three companies that had nothing in common except the problem: real estate, health-tech, programmatic advertising. Build the platform. Automate the operation. Fund what's next. I hire the team, write the code, and own the P&L that proves it worked.
